move to freedom


Move to Freedom is a transformational dance practice using music as a vehicle for self expression. It helps you come out of the thinking mind and into deeper connection with the body. This is where stress and emotions live, and by dropping in, we can process and release that energy, creating space for more clarity, creativity, joy, and peace. You do not need to be a “good” dancer! This is all about finding your own expression through movement. It is an inner journey of re-connection with your soul and spirit, rather than a performance.

    I facilitate in person dances 1-1 or for groups at retreats, festivals, and workshops.
